Bopp & Tone to Celebrate First Birthday in Sydney

Applejack reflects on the year that was in the lead up to Bopp & Tone’s first year anniversary.

Time really does fly when you’re having fun, and the past year has been a great journey being the new kid on the block in Sydney’s mid-town. We opened our doors in November 2018 and have splendidly settled into the area, getting to know locals who frequent our restaurant & bar on a regular basis, celebrating many a milestone with you and continually improving our offerings to ensure you’re getting the best from us.  

We’ve had the privilege of hosting special occasions including our Grand Opening partyThe Iconic Men’s AW19 LaunchTime Out Food AwardsSocial Diary Talent Agency Lunch and many more.  

Thank you for supporting our events such as Soul Saturday’s, our bespoke Chef’s Table experiences, Christmas in July and we absolutely love seeing you hoard in for a tipple during Happy Hour 

Staying true to Aussie roots, you’ve shown that a good prawn on the barbeque and summer spritz are all you ever wanted – in one year we’ve sold over 15,000 of our famous wood-grilled Australian King Prawns and over 2,000 Spritz cocktails! Click here to check out our full menu. 

From now, the best is yet to come. Silly season is hot on our heels and to salute summer we’re launching a pop-up Spritz bar on Carrington Terrace, keep an eye out for Bopp’s Deli takeover of Table Sixty café, and join us every Friday for live music to ease you into the weekend.
