We indulged in our carefully curated bespoke seafood shared menu, which was designed to take those who embarked on a culinary journey to discover the wonders of the NSW South Coast. We immersed ourselves in the fresh and delicate flavours of the ocean with each dish.

As we relaxed in our welcoming and elegant surroundings, each mouth-watering course, paired with wines from Lark Hill winemaker, Chris Carpenter, who presented a selection of his best wines on that night.
