Recipe: Passionfruit Spritz

Sip on Bopp & Tone‘s Passionfruit Spritz from the Sofa

The spritz bounces between tart, sweet, light & refreshing all at the same time.

Serves 1.

Ingredients

30ml x Four Pillars Rare Dry gin
30ml x salted passionfruit syrup
3oml x Thomas Wines verjus (can be substituted with Maggie Beer verjuice from your local supermarket)
60ml x Prosecco
30ml x sparkling water
1 x mint sprig
1 x lemon wedge

Method

Add ingredients to a wine glass and briefly stir to combine.

Top the glass with ice and stir again.

Garnish with a nice sprig of mint & wedge of lemon.
