Join us for a one-off dining experience where our carefully curated 4-course seafood shared menu will transport your tastebuds on a culinary journey to discover the wonders of the NSW Sapphire Coast.
While steak will always be his passion, our head Chef Sa Va’afusuaga is also a lover of all things seafood. Inspired by his recent fishing trip Sa has worked with our Head of Culinary Patrick Friesen to put together a menu that explores the incredible seafood we have in our own backyard.

Local Eastern rock lobster fregola, cherry tomatoes, spinach, lobster broth
